Which facial is best for you

By | Uncategorized | No Comments

Winter, continuous mask-wearing, junk food… A lengthy list can be made of all the factors influencing the health of your skin. This is still not an excuse to “not give a damn” about it. And while you working on your habits and perfecting your skincare routine is the main part of the treatment, facials can also help a lot.

Let’s be honest, who doesn’t enjoy a nice face massage, your cosmetologist applying yet another aromatic mask or this feeling of glowing skin after the treatment. Sounds great in theory, but how to get there? Which facial to choose?

Unfortunately, there is no single solution for everybody. Facials are usually chosen based on the current requirement of your skin. Thus, we decided to sort them by skin types.

(If you are unsure about your skin type, the right master will always know what to do)

Oily skin

Facial massage with extremely oily and creamy masks is not recommended for those with oily skin. This type usually requires deep cleansing and masks reducing the pores.

Our tip. Andrei has a number of facials designed for oily skin and inflamed skin. The Acne Skin Facial deeply cleanses the pores without stripping the hydrolipidic film away. It has a strong anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect and keeps the hydration at an optimal level (plus you get a short massage as a bonus while waiting for your mask to work)

Dry skin

This skin type needs a treatment opposite to the previous one. The aim of the facial here would be to enrich the skin with vitamins and minerals and regenerate the tissues, urging them to work.

Our tip. Vitamin C or Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy are both meant for all skin types, but will definitely benefit those with dry skin. While the former stimulates the production of collagen fibres and protects the cells from free radicals, the latter is famous for its extreme hydrating effect.

Aging skin

Over time our skin can start loosing collagen, which is responsible for keeping it lifted. The oil glands and organs responsible for skin cell reproduction can also become less active.

Weekly scrubbing, face massage, moisture-rich masks and retinoid-based creams are recommended to keep the skin in shape and help it with its functions.

Our tip. Eleftheria makes the best rejuvance facial, also known as “The Fingertip Facelift”. Deep massage of the facial tissues is a great non-invasive treatment to encourage the natural functions of the body to regain their vitality.

Next step – Microneedling

Microneedling is a more intensive facial treatment that also enables highly effective ingredients to be infiltrated into the skin effectively. The skin naturally forms a protective layer on the surface against environmental influences. This layer makes it difficult for active ingredients to penetrate deep into the skin. With the help of sterile disposable needles, this procedure perforates the skin, in order to introduce the active ingredients into the skin exactly where they can be best used. The ingredients can be always chosen to your skin type. This is the perfect treatment to deal with wrinkles, black spots or dry skin.

Our tip. Check our Instagram page to see the results of microneedling with Monique! You will be surprised. A single treatment includes: cleaning, enzyme peeling, disinfection, needling with active ingredients (tailored to the respective skin treatment type), bio-cellulose aquaxyl mask, final care including sun protection.

Facial or microneedling – treat yourself, your skin deserves it! At Glowconcierge we have more than 6 masters ready to tailor their facial treatments to your needs. We come to you ♡

GUA SHA︱STORY AND HEALTH BENEFITS

By | Uncategorized | No Comments

What it is

These days Gua Sha is a highly discussed massage technique that every beauty blogger is incorporating in her/his morning routine.  This practice has been discussed in various journals around the world starting from Vogue to MedicalNewsToday, where it had both, its lovers and its haters. But let’s start with the basics, what is gua sha and where does it come from?

Gua Sha – often translated as “scraping” in English – is an ancient technique from East Asia. It is often advertised today as part of the daily routine of every Asian princess to improve her skin quality and look flawless. Apparently, this story was created to increase sales volumes of the fancy-looking gua sha tools. In reality, this method was first used on exhausted workers and struggling from heat individuals to improve their blood circulation and relieve the symptoms by applying high pressure on selected regions of their body.

Which materials to use

Such materials as coins, spoons or even animal bones were used in the past, as they help to massage the deeper skin layers. Nowadays, if you search for gua sha tools you will most likely find bian stone, jade or rose quartz rollers and scrapers. These materials are said to carry healing energies. Experts recommend using the rose quartz ones during the morning and the jade in the evening due to their different energies and influence on the body.

Doctor’s opinion

Nyla Raja, aesthetic doctor and founder of the U.K.-based aesthetics and medispa clinic called Dr. Nyla Raja questions the extent to which gua sha can improve the elastin production in the skin and reduce wrinkles.

“Using a jade gua sha tool at home essentially gives your face a mini workout ― you are stimulating blood circulation, which increases the amount of oxygen and nutrients to the skin, which can improve skin health,”  – Raja says.

However, the doctor believes that gua sha is unlikely to reach the deeper layer of the skin and lead to all of the expected benefits.

How to choose a perfect tool

  • It should feel heavy in your hand.
  • If you are looking to buy a jade tool – make sure that it is cold (only authentic stone will have this quality).
  • Follow your intuition. Feel the connection with the stone you are holding.

How to perform gua sha massage on your face and neck

  1. Apply some oil or cream on the areas you are about to massage
  2. Position the top corner (ridge side down) of the gua sha tool under your eye and move it towards your ear. Then bring it up and follow the eyebrow line in the same direction. Repeat the movement at least 8 times.
  3. Work your way down, massaging the cheekbone and the jawline with the same movements from the center of your face to the ear.
  4. Apply the tool starting from your chin along the jawline and, once you’ve reached the ear go down along the neck. Repeat.
  5. Once you’re done with step 4, stay at the neck and start moving roller up from your collarbone to your jaw.

You can either do every step twice for both sides of your face or finish with one side and start with the other. At all times make sure that you’ve got enough oil on your face and neck to avoid any irritation and unpleasant feelings.

Gua Sha is not recommended to people who

  • have medical conditions affecting the skin or veins
  • bleed easily
  • are pregnant
  • take medication to thin their blood
  • have deep vein thrombosis
  • have an infection, tumor, or wound that has not healed fully
  • have implants

Many experts warn that gua sha is not the one and only tool to improve your skin quality. Our appearance is the manifestation of the inner health and balance. The right diet, skincare products, exercise routine and inner balance can all equally contribute to your well-being and skin appearance.

We at Glow Concierge strive to improve the lives of our clients. That is why every Saturday we search for tips, like this one, to help you find your perfect tools to a greater health. We are convinced that if you start performing this massage along with facials and microneedling with our providers, you will get the perfect glowing skin in weeks.

K-BEAUTY TRENDS

By | Beauty, Fashion | No Comments

10 step skin care routine

The beauty routine of many Koreans is based on ancient traditions. They use only natural, gentle ingredients to achieve clear and glowy skin, which make K- Beauty trends so popular today. Finding a Korean woman without perfectly flawless skin is practically impossible. Have you wondered why? It’s because Korean women invest in their skin, not just money but time too.

Unfortunately, these women do not achieve such results without effort. The appearance is the ultimate investment for them. Many Korean women have a 10 step skin care routine. It is performed on a daily basis and goes somewhat like this:

  1. Balm or oil cleanser
  2. Foaming cleanser
  3. Peeling
  4. Toner
  5. Essence
  6. Serum
  7. Sheet Mask
  8. Eye Cream
  9. Moisturiser
  10. Night Cream/ Mask

What is ‘slugging’?

A new version of Step 10 has recently emerged  amongst beauty lovers; covering the face in Vaseline or thick petroleum jelly and sleeping in it in a bid to wake up with perfect, glowing skin. The Korean trend, known as ‘slugging’, coats the face in a thick layer which imitates the slick, slimy trails left behind by a garden slug. The next morning you just wash it off with your regular cleanser and end up with perfect, glowing skin!

The Results

For those of you with oily skin, you may be a little skeptical at first but bear with me! I thought I’d try this for 7 days and see what all the fuss was about. By day 3 I was a convert, my skin already looked brighter and more hydrated. I was genuinely stunned by the difference it made, after 7 days my skin felt softer and plumper to the touch, the results were brilliant and Vaseline is so cheap compared to other moisturizers. I’ll definitely keep ‘slugging’. I won’t do it every night because going to bed slimy isn’t the most pleasant feeling, but I’ll try to include it once or twice a week, maybe more in winter when my skin is insanely dry.

NEVER TRUST A FAD AND WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR

By | Beauty, Fitness, Food for thought, Health, Nutrition | No Comments

If it looks like it’s too good to be true, then it probably is! “Lose 10 kg in 5 weeks”, “Juice cleanse to detox your body”, “Eat these magical pills and reduce your clothing size within a week…” We get bombarded with weight loss tips, teas, pills, powders and “new year, new me”–gibberish, all year around, but it escalates during the Christmas and New Year time. Many people and businesses are willing to go very far to get hold of your money, and well marketed health-claiming products would also have ended up in my cupboard if I didn’t know better.  However, instead of pouring out money on products with no function and of bad quality, let’s go back to basics.

  • Be sceptical, be curious, ask questions – do not believe everything you hear, see and read
  • Check the sources of the products or article. Are they reliable? Do they have scientific back up? Has this been proven or disproven?
  • No juices, powders, tablets etc. can help you to detox the body. This is simply a marketing-concept! The liver, kidney and skin is responsible to “detoxify” your body, these organs do work even without the rainbow-pills
  • If you lose 10 kg in 4-5 weeks, you have mostly just lost body water. If weight loss is the goal, then time is what you need. Generally, you should not lose more than 0,5-1 kg per week in order to be able to maintain the weight loss and avoid the yoyo-effect
  • For a controlled weight loss, it is important that you plan your meals and find a suitable meal rhythm e.g. Breakfast, Lunch, Snack & Dinner.
  • Make sure that you have a lot of vegetables/fruits on your plate for every meal
  • Carbohydrates are not dangerous, but necessary. Nevertheless, make sure to choose the complex carbohydrates – the ones with a high fibre content, such as whole wheat pasta, wild or brown rice, buckwheat, barley, whole wheat bulgur.
  • Have a good protein source at least twice per day, such as fish, meat, tofu, tempeh, dairy products, pulses and legumes.
  • Fat is also necessary in your diet, choose foods high in omega-3 and -6 fatty acids e.g. salmon, mackerel, olive oil, nuts and seeds.
  • Sugars are not dangerous for the body, but they should be kept to a minimum. WHO recommends not to eat more than 25 g/ 6 tsp. of sugar per day.
  • Alcohol can be enjoyed once in a while, but know that it does not provide the body with useful energy, and it is recommended to drink less than 14 units per week. (1 unit =25 ml of spirits, ½ pint, 87 ml wine etc.)
  • Make sure to try and always eat at the dining table, preferably spending 20 minutes for a meal, so it can be enjoyed!
  • Exercise is not only helpful for a potential weight loss, but also important for maintaining bone health, muscle mass and our cardiovascular system.
  • Rest and sleep! This is a must! It is very difficult to lose weight if you are already fatigued. Aim for a good quality sleep of 7-8 hours.

MENTAL HEALTH

By | Health, Nutrition | No Comments

January is traditionally when everyone says “New Year New Me”, people start their unattainable New Years resolutions that last a few weeks at best, it’s not all about the physical. How many of you have already put off starting until tomorrow?!

Now more than ever we need to look after our mental health as well as the physical.

Poor mental health is a risk factor for chronic physical conditions. People with serious mental health conditions are at high risk of experiencing chronic physical conditions, just as people with chronic physical conditions are at risk of developing poor mental health.

You need to look after your mental and physical health in conjunction with each other. One is just as important as the other.

In order to maintain both your mental and emotional health, it’s seriously important to be aware of your needs and feelings. Don’t allow your stress and emotions to build up. The first thing you should do is to maintain a good balance between your normal responsibilities and the things you enjoy doing. Do things that positively impact others, being useful to other people and being valued for what you do can help build your self-esteem.

Practicing self-discipline is really important. Self-discipline leads to a sense of happiness and accomplishment, which can help you overcome feelings of helplessness and other negative thoughts.

Try learning or discovering new things. Take an adult education class, or join a book club, visit a museum or simply try and polish up your German!

A healthy balanced diet is key in helping you feel good, quality food is vital in maintaining a healthy body and mind.

Don’t let others define you, be happy with who you are. No one is perfect, everyone possesses both good and bad qualities.

MICRONEEDLING

By | Beauty, Fashion, Food for thought, Health, Home | No Comments

So, what exactly is microneedling?

Microneedling is a minimally invasive skincare treatment that stimulates “wound healing,” or the body’s natural reaction to produce collagen. Microneedling has been around for centuries, most commonly as acupuncture. This modern version didn’t really take off until the early 2000s and has since been taking the beauty world by storm.

The benefits make microneedling worth the splurge. This treatment boosts collagen, promotes healthy circulation, and helps to tighten and lift skin. Microneedling is also the ideal way to treat dreaded scarring from acne, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, and even stretch marks. Count me in!

Before having my appointment, I made sure that my face was thoroughly clean without a trace of makeup, I hardly ever wear makeup so that was an easy one! Once I was comfortably lying down and wrapped up nice and warm under a blanket, Monique explained the whole treatment before getting started.

The tool that was used looks like a large pen, so you don’t actually see any needles. Monique started by applying a serum, she started on my forehead and then worked in sections on my face, the serum is packed with vitamins so that the skin absorbs the benefits throughout the process. I was expecting it to be quite painful so was pleasantly surprised to find that apart from the odd sensitive area like the upper lip and cheekbones, it wasn’t too bad at all. Honestly, no part of my face actually hurt until my upper lip, and even then, the pain was tolerable, she did that area really quickly so it was over almost before it began. This is generally a more sensitive area on your face anyways, so it makes sense!

After Monique had finished my entire face, she applied a cooling and calming mask for 10 minutes to help reduce inflammation and redness, this felt so good! The final step was to apply a calming cream and I was officially good to go.

She explained after the importance of wearing sunscreen and gave me a small sample of SPF50 in case I didn’t have any myself.

I have to say I was expecting to look quite alarming and have no chance of going outside for a good 24 hours but in fact I was quite shocked (in a good way!), when I looked in the mirror, I was a little red but it didn’t look too bad at all, I actually went out after and didn’t get any strange looks.

The first 2 hours after the appointment, my face was a little tender, it felt a bit like wind burn but after a couple of hours I didn’t notice it at all.

For me the biggest thing I noticed was my pores look smaller which is exactly what I wanted. I didn’t have any side effects although I’ve heard that some people do break out a few days after.

HOW FREQUENTLY SHOULD YOU BE MICRONEEDLING?

According to Monique, for best results you should have 3 treatments, a month or so apart, after that, once a year is enough.

AN INTERVIEW WITH OUR FOUNDER

By | Beauty, Fitness, Food for thought, Health, Home, Massage | 2 Comments

Hi Rosamund, we have 5 questions for you. First off, what gave you the idea for Glow Concierge?

After I had my first child I was desperate for a manicure but didn’t want to take him with me to the salon and didn’t want to have to pay for a babysitter. I was complaining to a friend that I couldn’t find someone to come to me and she said why don’t you do it then! That was that, Glow was born!

Question 2 for you: what are your favourite treatments?

Where do I start! I guess there’s 2 sides to this. The one’s have most frequently and the ones that are a real treat. I have a manicure every 3 weeks or so with Aleksandra. She is brilliant, it’s always flawless, lasts an age and doesn’t take too long. For pedicures, I book Laura usually, she has this amazing treatment called Lovaspa which has to be seen to be believed, leaves your feet like babies bottoms!
When I’m treating myself I book the Wake Up Renewing Facial with Andrei, it’s sublime. Reflexology with Nadia is also a real treat, she doesn’t actually serve my area but when I’m at my parents in Schindellegi, I always make sure to book.

Questions 3: what’s your favourite part of working on Glow Concierge

One of my favourite things has to be getting to test all the new providers, lucky me! Although once I had to test 3 personal trainers in less than a week which was brutal! I also love the customer side of it, I’ve never really had to interact with customers in that way before, it was very new to me but I love it. To be honest, every day is different and it’s all new which is exciting so I pretty much love all of it!

Question 4: what are your plans for Glow Concierge in the near future?

At the moment the focus is on the German part of Switzerland, obviously we started in Zurich first and we’re slowly spreading out, I’m always on the look out for more providers to join, it’s a slow process but we’re getting there! We’ll be adding Basel Stadt Canton soon which is exciting!

Question 5: what’s the hardest part of running the business?

Trying to balance the number of providers with the number of clients, it’s a bit of a catch 22 situation, without the providers, we won’t get the clients, but without enough clients, the providers won’t get the bookings. Especially in new areas, this is something that takes time. In Zurich now we have a great balance but in the newer areas, its slower.

PILATES VS YOGA

By | Fitness, Food for thought, Health, Home | No Comments

PILATES VS YOGA

By | Fitness, Health | No Comments

A lot of people wonder what is the difference between pilates and yoga. One of the main differences is that Yoga can be used for improving the flexibility of the body and it will also gradually increase the flexibility of your joints. Whereas Pilates focuses on trying to relax muscles which are tense and provide strengthening of the numerous muscles of the body, it also may be better for recovery after injury, improving posture and for core strength.

One of the biggest difference is the focus in yoga on the spiritual side. Yoga is an integrated system using breath, movement and meditation to unite mind, body and spirit. Pilates was created by Joseph Pilates who was an anatomist and a mechanical genius. It is a physical system that uses very specific targeted exercises to improve strength, flexibility and posture with particular focus on the core. It is a disciplined practice that needs to be done on a regular basis to provide benefit.

So which one is right for you?

The benefits of yoga have been studied extensively. As well as physical and mental benefits, yoga is also believed to have a positive effect on the following medical issues:

Chronic pain

Anxiety & depression

Multiple sclerosis

Arthritis

Respiratory conditions

High blood pressure

Type 2 diabetes

Evidence suggests that Pilates may be beneficial for those with the following conditions:

Arthritis & joint injuries

Urinary incontinence

Respiratory conditions

Back pain

We have several brilliant Yoga instructors, Nadia, Dorit, Rita and Dani who cover Aargau, Luzern, Schwyz, Zug and Zurich. In Zurich we also have 2 Pilates instructors, Dan and Viviane.

BEAUTY TRENDS 2020

By | Beauty, Fitness, Health, Home, Massage, Nutrition | No Comments

While many of us may not be going on the holidays we expected, or to the parties we had planned, we can still follow the trends that we were thinking we’d see in far flung locations or lining the restaurants and bars at home this summer. While the 2010s were all about looking effortless, this new decade is finally making makeup fun again. 2020 is all about celebrating the individual, throw on that glitter, pile of that hair and read on.

Emphasis on the Eyes – neon liners, glitters, pastels; look beyond your usual safe smokey eye and learn to experiment.

Modern French Manicure – forget the classic French that you see with the white tips, think incredibly fine neon tips, bright accents and a manicure firmly rooted in 2020.

Glitter Everywhere – we missed our glitter braids at festivals this summer but instead we got glitter eye makeup! So many options, subtle fine shimmers, bold chunks of glitter, rhinestones – you can’t go wrong!

Fluffy Brows -thankfully the overfilled brows that have invaded Instagram are on the way out, fluffy, more natural brows are here to stay! Opt for a tinted brow gel or a fine brow pencil to get more definition or sweep your brows upwards with brow wax for a more dramatic look.

OUR TOP MASSAGE PICKS FOR AUTUMN EVENINGS

By | Beauty, Health, Massage | No Comments

Is it really already nearly time for cosy evenings in front of the fire? After a long long summer it may be time to cosy up in your dressing gown and treat yourself to some pampering at home.

Is it crazy to be excited about the cosy evenings? I say there’s nothing crazy about a massage in front of the fire and not having to leave the house afterwards. What better way to finish your massage than in your dressing gown with no need to go anywhere other than the sofa with a good film and a glass of wine.

Have a look below at our top massage picks of the moment.

REFLEXOLOGY

This special massage technique is based on the assumption that the reflex zones on the foot are connected to the various organs of the body. When our therapist massages with specific pressure these stimuli reach the brain and the connected organs through the skin, muscles, nerves, blood and lymphatic systems. This selective stimulation is able to release blockages in the meridians – the energy channels of the body – and to improve blood circulation.

LYMPH DRAINAGE MASSAGE

Manual lymph drainage is a gentle technique aimed at stimulating the lymphatic system and relieving localised swelling by shifting accumulated lymph fluid from the area affected to the corresponding lymph nodes or drainage areas using superficial movement techniques on the skin and subcutaneous tissue.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE

Aromatherapy uses the restorative properties of essential oils to activate healing for the mind, body and soul. It’s excellent for relaxation, reducing stress, increasing calmness and reducing anxiety.

POST HOLIDAY BLUES

By | Beauty, Fitness, Home, Massage, Travel | No Comments

Many people who travel on vacation/holiday find themselves experiencing post-vacation blues. This is marked by an overall decrease in well-being and work productivity following a satisfying vacation. Having to get back into the routine of work, school, and daily life in general can be a source of distress, disorientation and discomfort. However unpleasant it may be, though, the post-vacation blues can be overcome with a little determination, some perspective, some insight on lessons learned from vacation, and of course a little self-care.

  1. Treat yourself to a massage, bring the spa to your home and imagine your’e still on holiday. We have a huge range of different massages to offer you, browse through our website for some inspiration. We highly recommend the Glow Concierge Signature Massage with Andrei.
  2. Do some exercise, ff you’re feeling the blues, it’s likely that you will feel like sitting and staring into space or turning on a show to binge-watch. Before you give in to that, go for a run or book one of our personal trainers to kickstart your body. We offer personal training, pilates and yoga, if you’re terrible at motivating yourself to go to the gym or out for a run then our PT’s are the answer!
  3. How are you feet looking after all that sea and sand? Book a pedicure at home. Have you experienced the Lovaskin that our provider Laura uses? It’s truly a miracle for feet, removing all the dead skin in only 60 seconds leaving your feet baby soft. If you’re really feeling like you deserve it, combine your pedicure with some reflexology. Sofiane is truly a magician when it comes to reflexology.
  4. Do you need to treat your hair to some tender loving care after your holiday? Book an appointment with Erika for a cut, hair mask and blow dry.
  5. Look forward, not backward. Contemplate one thing you would love to happen this year. Not a giant “life goal”—this could be way too daunting – especially in 2020! Think about one thing you would like to happen in 2020 and then make a plan to bring it into being.

BRAUTFRISUREN INSPIRATION

By | Bridal, Fashion, Food for thought, Home | No Comments

By | Bridal, Party | No Comments

Welche Party passt also besser zu dir?

HEN PARTYS AND BRIDAL SHOWERS

By | Beauty | No Comments

Both the hen party and the bridal shower can play a big role in the rollercoaster ride that is getting married. These two celebrations may seem similar, however they’re actually really different.

THE HEN PARTY

Hen parties are known for being a bit wild. They often involve lots of alcohol and general mischief. The bridal shower is a tamer party that tends to be multi-generational and a little more sophisticated. These two celebrations couldn’t be more different in nature, however at the end of the day, they’re the same. Both are there to celebrate the bride-to-be.

Many brides find themselves wondering if both parties are needed. Here are our thoughts on the matter.

The traditional hen party is definitely an acquired taste that not everyone is going to enjoy. Hen partys tend to involve the bride-to-be gathering all of her bridal party and other close friends for a night out. This night out tends to be filled with excessive drinking, dancing and brightly coloured sashes stating whether you’re the ‘bride-to-be’, ‘bridesmaid’ or ‘maid of honour’.

For a hen party we have a great package for hair and makeup before going out, we will even throw in a bottle of champagne to celebrate!

THE BRIDAL SHOWER

The bridal shower is a great option for those ladies who aren’t looking to walk on the wild side and simply want to have a fun-filled afternoon with their nearest and dearest.

Activities at a bridal shower would be things like high tea or spa treatments with lots of food, wine and good conversation. Anything goes for a bridal shower as long as the bride is having a good time.

How about matching manicures for the bridal party? Or perhaps you want to treat the bride to hours of pampering!

SO WHICH ONE IS FOR YOU?

For lots of brides, both the bridal shower and the hen’s party sound like amazing activities. For others, only one will suit them. We think that if you like the sound of both, then have both, because who doesn’t want multiple parties dedicated to them? Maybe you can combine the two and have an afternoon of pampering followed by dinner and end with partying the night away.

First we have Laura, she offers her services in Zurich City and the surrounding area as well as Canton Aargau.

1. How long have you been working with Glow?
I joined 2 years come September. Since the beginning.

2. What’s your favourite thing about working with Glow
I can add my own schedule and choose when I want to work. If my plans change then I just update my availability.

3. What convinced you to join?
I always wanted to work in the beauty industry and this way I can be flexible with my hours and not always being in one place. It’s nice to travel around to different clients instead of sitting in a salon.

4. What’s your most popular treatment?
I think nails, in particular pedicures, I have this great product from Lovaskin which the clients love, it removes all the dead skin in literally 60 seconds.

5. Is there any advice you would give to anyone thinking of working with Glow?
Add as much availability as possible, you can always take it out if your plans change, no one can book you if you’re not available online. Especially at the beginning it’s good to be seen and then you get some clients who become regulars. A lot of my clients are referrals from other clients.
